Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Liv Truself Ventures, we take pride in offering high-quality organic, Ayurvedic, and consciously crafted skincare products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness, product safety, and customer satisfaction.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Change-of-mind purchases

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged item received during transit
  • Defective product received
  • Missing item(s) from the order

Reporting an Issue

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe may affect our ability to process your claim.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product received is defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been made.
  • The order was successfully cancelled before shipment.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients.
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance, texture, or personal preference.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

We strongly encourage customers to review ingredient information carefully before purchasing.

Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, Liv Truself Ventures may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

The time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to an error on our part (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Liv Truself Ventures may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other situations, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products contain natural and botanical ingredients. Variations in colour, scent, texture, or consistency may occur between batches and are considered normal characteristics of natural products.

Such variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
